I was visiting my friend in Cortez who suggested we take a drive to Telluride,
Colorado to take in some of the scenery and have dinner. We wound up riding the
Telluride gondola which leads to the ski hamlet of Mountain Village. This
photo on the right was a really scenic shot of the town of Telluride below surrounded by mountains to the north.
The quality of the photos aren't the greatest, because I was using my older
digital camera. Do check out the pictorial
of Lizard Head Pass summit that was along the way. I trust you'll get your "Colorado fix" for the day! :)
I do hope to get back to this area before the year is up to take some way better pictures that will do some justice to the town of Telluride. Stay tuned!
