I was overdue to update the web site, and so I "scrounged" through
my computer files and came up with some extra pictures of Telluride, Colorado.
The scenery inside that canyon of Telluride is simply breathtaking, isn't it? The adjacent
picture is Ajax Peak, altitude 12,785 feet at its summit, one of Telluride's most noticable mountains
to the east. It was up towards that mountain on a dirt road that my
buddy and I visited and photographed Bridal Veil Falls
in October 2005. Although the ski slopes were not operating and the town was relatively
quiet between the summer season and the winter ski season, the lack of crowds was actually quite pleasant.
Here are some of my other pictures from the Telluride region:
Lizard Head Pass and
The Gondola.
I also made a "Tribute to Telluride"
on my personal home page that I think is kind of nice.
Everyone have a wonderful day! :)
