I took this photo (right) driving towards Breckenridge south of the Continental Divide. It's officially known as Red Mountain, altitude 13,229 at the summit.

For the most part, the mountain views are very stunning throughout Summit County, which is home of the towns of Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorne.

The photo below is Quandary Peak, a popular "14er" (i.e. a mountain with an altitude of 14,000+ feet above sea level) that is a relatively short drive from Breckenridge.
